Hi, I just wanted to do a quick check. I could'nt spend too much time inspecting the watch & the owner knew very little about it. It looked like a PAM297 however the weight was a little light against my PAM000, but more importantly there were vertical machining marks, although very faint between the lugs. It was on a rubber strap vs. the metal so the machine marks could be seen. I've seen very few Panerai in the flesh, so I don't know how the brushed cases should look.
