Just wanted to say hi from a new PROUD owner.

Picked up a Panerai Luminor Marina with; second hand, date and clear saphire back.

All I can say is WOW! This thing is big but very nice and well made.

Question is... how good is this watch as it has the 9000 inhouse movement. Anyone know?

Cheers

Steve

Welcome to the forum Steve - Which model did you get exactly? The 9000 series movements are quite reliable, though I have heard of some odd things happening here and there.

Hi Steve,

all Panerai watches have a short name (number) for identification. Like your Luminor Marina with the P9000 movement. This watch is registered under the name PAM 312.

Please enjoy the watch and take good care about it.

Cheers,
Alex
