I wonder if any members have had any dealings with a company in Germany who deal in high end watch straps there name is Watchstyle.

I would wellcome any feedback good or bad regarding this company

My Wife ordered a Milanese divers bracelet for a watch I have as a birthday present a long story short they sent the wrong one their error and we have not been able to get any response from them via e-mail or phone has anyone else had the same problem with this company other than an email asking what is the problem?!
