Personally, I think that a Seal watch should also feature a tough black rubber Panerai-strap, like the ones that come in the box with Luminor.

I asked Richemont Group. According to their computer, there is no rubber strap for PAM 00292.

Who has experience with this and can advise? :P

Are you sure that Panerai doesn't make a 26mm Rubber? They used to, and I don't see why it wouldn't fit your 292.

They said:"not for Radiomir". But maybe the one for the Luminor PAM 00090 would fit?

I don't see why it wouldn't fit, but i could be wrong. I've installed straps on my buddy's Rad before (not rubber), and there really isn't anything special about it. You could install the regular 24mm Rubber, but it won't stretch all the way across the lugs. Not as big a deal with Wire lugs, but you might find it too narrow.

Yes, maybe but it seems I need a 26mm for the 292.

You could always go to your local AD and see if they can fit a 26mm Rubber on your 292. Then you can buy it from them.
