I've been on a strap rampage ever since I acquired the 312 less than two months ago and today a couple more straps arrived from Toshi and Paneray.
I went for something different with Toshi and ordered a Plum (burgundy) leather with plum (purplish) threads combination. The strap is well made and I like how the color combo turned out (the threads doesn't look quite so purple in real life). It gives me a strap outside the black & brown color group for something different.
I've drooled over Paneray's croc straps over the last month or so and when they had a sale a couple of weeks ago, I went for a stone washed gray croc that I've had my eyes on for a while. This strap has outstanding workmanship and I love the stone washed effect. The buckle is even signed on the underside with Ray's logo. Ray's straps are not cheap but based on this one I think they're definitely worth the money. Very high quality stuff.
