A member of the Breitling Source forum brought this one to my attention:

Link Removed

The description looks very dodgy, sounds like a cut n paste from fake watch website.
What's your thoughts?

Sorry I had to remove your link to a Fake sales website.

Yes, obvious fake.. even says Asia 7750 movement in the description.

It wasn't a link to a fake sales website, it was a listing on the website of a seemingly legitimate UK national chain of pawnbrokers.

I want to visit the branch where this watch is as it is fairly local to me. But for me to challenge them on the validity of this watch, I need specific details of why it is fake. (What actual model is it supposed to be, what things are definitely wrong with it, etc). So I posted the link to solicit some information on here.

I'm a Breitling collector myself, not a Panerai man. So just wanted the same level of knowledge
and authority I would have if this were a dodgy Breitling.

No problem, but it was a link to a sales page for a fake watch. Like I said, it explicitly states that there is an ASIAN 7750 movement in there.. only fakes have ASIAN 7750's. If it were real, it would be a Swiss movement.

I realise that quality Swiss watches do not use Asian made movements. (It wouldn't even be a cloned Valjoux 7750 movement with that sub-dial layout. More likely a copy of the 7753 with the 1/2 hour register removed)

I was looking for detailed info about what is visually wrong with this watch to challenge the seller. This site have been completely unhelpful in this matter so please remove this entire thread.
