I just bought a PAM 48 and I know the watch is authentic. It is a first year, B series model with transitional, rare, L Swiss L dial. The leather band is aftermarket, however I am not familiar with the deployment buckle. I have a few Panerais and have not seen this style clasp. There are no other markings on it, which seems odd. Can anyone assist in identifying?

The laser etching screams fake, but I can't say for sure. Is the 48 supposed come with a deployant or a tang buckle new?
