Noticed an interesting post this morning over on Paneristi.com - I've stopped laughing now, so I can tell you about it (Something you'll never be able to do 'over there' - "What, talk about another Panerai WebSite? God heavens no")

It seems that Sig. Bonati has asked the members of the forum for feedback regarding the last SIHH, in particular the P.9000 movements, etc. and in addition, any thoughts with regard to the future.

50 'Questions' will be chosen by the wise forum elders, and these will be forwarded to Sig. Bonati. The lucky 50 people who asked the questions will each receive a keyring....

I've read some of the comments to the original post, and some are remakably coherent - however the vast majority are just asking for another 195 type SE, or a 47mm Luminor etc.

Go take a look- it'll brighten your day, I can assure you...

I've finally seen the light! :o

This post really says it all. It seems that Panerai exist because of the 'paneristi' rather than vice versa...so in the opinion of a certain number of forum members, they should create SE watches to honour particular forum celebrities.

This is the world upside-down in my opinion - but then the mere fact that the head honcho at Panerai has given these people the opportunity to comment will inevitably lead to this kind of request...

Right, so what would I like to see in the future? Perhaps a 47mm, titanium, destro, PVD, Luminor with 'Sportback' on the dial?

Erm no....
