Hello and welcome :)

Although principally the same watch your options are quite different. Personally i like plain simple dials, why i own Panerais i suppose, so of your two i would go with the 312. I would suggest if i may, that you also consider a 351. It has elements Panerai's are renowned for, gold hands & tobacco dial and set in a Ti case, which i found more comfortable than the slightly top-heavy case of the 312.

Whichever you choose, enjoy 8-)

Thank you so much for your opinion.what u suggest I totally agreed. At first my first choice is 312, because it come with simple dial, and 359 looks 'busy' dial. But when I put 359 on my wrist. Suddenly I prefer on 359. 312 also is one of great looks PAM. Since my best owned a 320 ,that's also one of my reason I give up the 312,because 312 and 320 quite looks same ,just 320 with GMT hand. Final I owned my first PAM is 359, after bought I notice inside the sapphire glass got a small defect . Seems like a dust inside  . Do u know how can be like this defect? I'm so worry n unhappy with this .although this is my new watch. I admit I careless because didn't check it carefully.

If there are any defects with a new watch simpy take it back for a replacement. I wouldn't accept any imperfections on a brand new watch from any dealer.

I hope you are happy with your 359 eventually :)

I've owned both and one big difference is the full polished case of the 359. Some like it and others prefer the brushed case of the 312. I still own a 312, but do miss the 359 and fully expect to go back to one some day. Best of luck with yours!

***Shortly after this post I did indeed end up picking up another 359 to pair with my 312!

edy....try the 328, it's a 312 with the ss bracelet. the beauty of that watch is you can get a few straps and have the best of both worlds....ss for a more dressy look, black or brown strap for casual.
