Since I don't know how to create a real poll, the question is, which do you prefer? Historic or 1950 case.

I personally prefer the Historic when it comes to comfort.

I prefer the 1950 case, like from the PAM 212 :)

Cheers,
Alex

It's got to be the 1950 case for me even though my shirt cuff barely fits over it! :D

I have been curious for sometime, can someone please tell me the difference between the "Historic" & the "1950"?

Thanks,

Enezdez

Historic case is slimer and a little less boxy. It also is curved a little on the back side. Also has screw in strap bars.

1950 case is thicker. More boxy. Some call it a pillow cushion shape. The back is much thicker. The strap bars / pins have a unique push pin type of installation. Overall, I prefer the "wear" of the historic while I definitely like the quick strap change function with the push pin.

I wrote a little article on the cases, though it needs to be updated now, especially with the new Radiomir case.

Thanks!

It appears to me the 1950 is a hybrid between the Historical Luminor and the Historical Radiomir or am I just wrong?
