Good morning all, i just joined this morning. I've been acquiring Panerai for about a year now and enjoying all the fun of collecting. I currently have three in the stable, though aspire to more but have an expensive Daytona to dispose of first :lol: I'll post some pics in the gallery section.
Hopefully moderation here, is less oppressive than elsewhere ;) and looking forward to joining in and seeing how my collection goes or grows 8-)
I've tried loading pictures via Photobucket as i do on other forums but they're rejected as the size could not be determined :? Is there something different going on here?

Firstly welcome! Glad to see you're going to post some pics too - need to get the database filled!!

As to the moderation here - as long as you do EVERYTHING we say, you'll be fine :)

Seriously, this is a very easy going forum, and I think you'll find we're all pretty cool - don't mind Admin (He's Canadian - you can't have everything... :? )

Glad to have you with us.

PS. with regard to the Photobucket problem, it doesn't work for me either - Admin posted some of my pics without problems - no answer as yet.

OK i give up, the forum wont accept any size of picture i try to load. Guess my 'trio' will have to stay private :cry:

Hey guys, try again now.. I think its because the path to Imagemagick changed when we moved servers, and I have fixed it. It worked for me probably because I am on an admin account and it bypasses the checker for my account. This forum stuff is complicated :oops:

Thanks guys for the warm welcome. I have been desired to get one since 2000 but didn't have the money, while prices have been going crazy since..... Recently the price has come down a lot and just happened to come across a good deal so decided to grab it before I regret. 8-)

BTW, my wife got excited about PAM, since i got mine, and now she is struggling PAM 0048 and 0282. We have the Santos 100, Omega speedmaster each together, and she would like to have another "couple's" watch. Any suggestion?

So i guess you noticed the Strap Culture with the bad ass buckle. 8-)
