This probably is a stupid question, but is there a way to set the GMT hand in 1/2 hour intervals? For example my PAM 320 has been set up to show the local time with the normal hour and minute hands. The GMT hand was supposed to show the time of Adelaide, which is 2.5 hours ahead of my time. However, as I soon found out the GMT hand can be only set in hourly intervals and I have the choice of either showing 2 or 3 hours time ahead of my local time. I am well aware that I could set it up the other way around by having the GMT hand showing my local time and the hour and minute hands showing the time of Adelaide (which is probably how the watch is designed by default), but I would like it the way previously described. I was afraid doing all kind of manipulating acts with my watch and left it the way it is, but I wonder whether anybody had manged to do it the way I want it? |

The GMT hand can only be set in hours... if you set the GMT hand .5 hours ahead, the minute hand would be wrong anyway. |
