I stopped by my AD today and saw a Pam243. Im really liking this piece. This is only my second time seeing it in the flesh. Im thinking really hard about making it my next purchase in the next few monhs. I didn't realize how much of a presence it had on the wrist but after trying it on, I now feel the need to have it in my life...unfortunately I bought a 114M about 2 months ago and can't justify, nor afford another piece especially with this big of a price tag. I also have a 000 in my humble collection. Im thinking of selling the 114 to help finance the 243. Good move or will I regret it later? Any thoughts much appreciated, thx

I like the 243. Its my favourite of the Submersibles, and I would love to get one. Actually am thinking about trading my 90 to get a 243, so I think its a great choice! The 114 is a good one too, but wouldn't you rather sell the 000 since then you can have two different color dials? Or are you not digging the white?

$4300??? Too good to be true!! The 243 is growing on me, at first I hated it, but now I really really like it.

There's one for sale on breitlingsource by dpj17 for $6000. I purchased my 312 from him, it was mint!! And he's a great guy to work with, he was patient with me while I sold two breitlings to free up cash for the 312..... I love my 312!!!

$6000 sounds more like it.

Unfortunately I bought two other watches, so any other purchases are going to have to wait!

He said he's well known on a Rolex forum so i checked it out. The guy only had made one post in around 4 months. Said to him with your single post you must of made some kind of impression.

I really like the PAM submersibles - but as I've stated in other posts, I really can't stand the date bubbles on Panerais - that alone has kept me from buying one sooner. I just picked up a 359 and love it - earlier models had all arabic numerals, but they also had the date bubble and that alone kept me from buying one.

That didn't help at all, did it?

I'm not a fan of the subs either so can't really help you out. If you're strapped for cash at the moment you're better off to hang on, you never know you may find something else to your liking!

Cheers
