A what point does a the AD no longer take responsibility for a new Panerai ..if you have trouble within the first 30 days will they refund or replace or do you have to send to manufacturer for repair ?

Probably depends on the AD. I've never had a problem so early on before.

I've had issues with a watch at a year old and ultimately got a refund. If necessary, escalate any complaint to Panerai directly and/or put enough pressure on the AD to assist you. If they value your business and you may well be a repeat buyer, it's in their interests to resolve any issues with a new watch to your total satisfaction.

depends on what the store's return policy is. if you purchased using a cc you may have additional rights
