Hi guys I've got a 2009 PAM000 with a small scratch on the crystal. Is this something I can fix? Thanks |

I've seen people successfully fix very light crystal scratches with Diamond Paste, but if its quite deep, you likely have to get the crystal replaced. |

I've always understood that if you can feel the scratch with a finger nail, it is too deep to polish away but it can be improved. |

It's the size of a pin prick, but I can just about feel it with a nail. Really annoyed with myself. I wear it everyday & I've always been careful. I was in Paris last week & all the little streets have these 4ft high metal poles. I was reading a map & my boss called my name, so I turned around & caught the watch. I guess if my arm was a couple of mm lower it could of been allot worse. Typical. |

I'm debating this too. Have two that are nearly impossible to see (but I can on occasion, you know how that is) from the wife's diamond hitting the crystal as we passed by one another one morning. Not any worse that a couple scratches I have on the case though, so meh. |

No harm it buying some diamond paste and giving it a rub to see if it will fix! I think a set of diamond pastes is only about $30 for 5-6 different progressive grits |
