No it doesn't - in fact there aren't many models that do - and I'm pretty sure no 'Base' models.
The Marina Automatics are the first to have the deployant clasp as 'standard', followed by the 241 power reserve, and the Chronos.
Strangely, even the Manifattura come with a normal buckle. I think it's all down to 'historical' accuracy reasons etc. which seems pretty meaningless when you consider that it's pretty unlikely to find a military diver wearing a torbillon...
