A few quick photos for you maybe take some more when I have the time. Love the watch, probably the best choice I could have made! Cheers |

Very nice Reading through your other thread I think you made the right decision. The Zero is a lovely classic watch (one of my favourites), but the 1950 style case and in-house movement of the 312 takes it up a level IMO. Enjoy |

Cheers guyz. Have to say I absolutely love the 312. I've got it on the rubber today but I love the croc as well so I'm sure i'll be swapping between the two. Talking about straps do Panerai do the rubber straps in different colours? I would definently buy another if they do. I've looked at a lot of the different straps on the net these last few weeks but I'm not a big fan of all those 'chunky' things, don't see the attraction myself. Anyway really beautiful watch, so different compared to my B's, much plainer but I would definently say more elegant. One thing that has dissapointed me when buying a £4500 watch, why don't they give you an extra buckle with the 2nd strap? Surely that wouldn't be too much to ask!! I found it a total pain in the arse trying to remove the screw which made the quick change system a bit slow! Cheers Andrew |

Panerai charges around $200 for a buckle, so if they gave you a free buckle with the watches, they wouldn't be able to make a few extra bucks off ya Unlike Breitling that charges only $25 a buckle! |

Great choice indeed! Perhaps you should give one of the chunky aftermarket straps a try. It might look different to you in person compared to online pictures. |

I would imagine thats probably true GX so i'll give it a go shortly. I would kinda like something sporty so anyone got any suggestions? Cheers |

The 312 was my first PAM and I love it. Like you, I am looking of other OEM straps. Got a brown OEM croc and am looking for other synthetic or rubber straps for water play. Let me know if you find anything. Cheers |

Great looking watch. My first was a 351M. I actually prefer the rubber strap in terms of comfort. I was surprised with the thickness of the 1950 case. I have not gone "strap shopping" yet but plan to. R/ |

Not all the 1950's case are that thick.. but the automatic winding 9000 series movements tend to be thicker. If you get one of the in-house manual winders they are MUCH thinner. |

Did they include the rubber for you? |

Most only include one strap, leather or rubber. |
