Along with the other topic here below for wearing all your watches, I wonder how you keep your watches running if you own more than 1? And when it's not a quartz ofcourse.

Do you all have watchwinders (slaves for Sportback)? Or do you wind your watches every morning? I hope to get my watchwinder soon

Because it's like doing maths for how long your watch will run! And I don't want my watches to stop.

There's a number of ways of doing this - I bought a couple of watchwinders which work well.

Alternatively, buy a watch with a huge power reserve...my 270 lasts 10 days before I have to wind it, and in addition it winds itself when it's back on my wrist...now, I'm not saying I'm lazy.... ;)

The base models, or anything without a date, are much easier to adjust - it's the date models which I tend to put on the winder, simply because it's such an effort to get the date set!! (Of course, as none of the base models are automatic, this makes the decision even easier...)

i almost bought a winder when i had a couple automatic watches. right now i'm more interested in the models with the longer power reserves also (7 day+) so i wouldn't have to worry about it as much. also i'm not much of watch guy where i'd have 4+ watches at one time so a winder is essential...it's hard enough to decide between 2 :)

Yes, my problem is that I only have automatic watches with between 42 and 48 powerreserve. :?

Yesterday I had 1 watch on my left arm and 1 on my right! Just to keep it running!
