I Just wanted to introduce myself to this forum; my name is OJ Whatley and I live in ft Lauderdale, Florida. I am new to this forum but certainly not new to Panerai. I am a full time watch dealer specializing in Panerai watches. We are the worlds largest buyer, seller and trader of new and pre-owned Panerai watches. We currently have in excess of 150 Panerai watches in stock and available for immediate delivery. Many of these pieces are discontinued, highly sought after collectible pieces that can no longer be purchased from authorized dealers as they are discontinued, completely sold out and/or very limited edition, limited quantity pieces.
I am available to answer any questions about Panerai watches and in addition, I am glad to help anyone to verify the authenticity of their Panerai watch. I have seen my share of fake and counterfeit Panerai watches. I know exactly what to look for, what questions to ask, and I can tell the highest quality fake/counterfeit piece from a genuine Panerai in less than 30 seconds and by asking 3-5 key questions about your watch when you have it in hand. If I can be of assistance to anyone on this forum, I am glad to help. Having as many as 150-200 Panerai watches in stock at any given time is handy and convenient in that sometimes I can shoot a photograph of a watch in my inventory that should look just like the one you are trying to authenticate and in so doing, I can help you determine if the watch you are holding is an authentic Panerai watch.
I have seen, handled, bought or sold virtually every Panerai made post 1995 from Pre Vendome Slytechs to PAM21 platinum radiomirs with Rolex movement to the PAM47 40mm radiomir split seconds chronograph. I have seen many Panerai watches even the most educated, well versed and ardent collectors never new were actually released.
My intention and goal in participating on this forum is certainly not to shill or hock my merchandise. I have my own independent and free-standing website for that as well as a weekly email newsletter. I am here to be an advisor, educator, sounding board and trouble shooter. I have been a leading proponent, fan and all around Panerai obsessed geek/trader of Panerai watches consistently for the past 8+ years.
