First an admission - I know nothing at all about Panerai's hence the question and as an explanation should the watch prove to be an outrageous fake:-

I spotted this watch and, was quite taken by it however, on looking up the make I found them to be a fairly exclusive and, expensive brand which, given the current price and the fact that there is no box or papers, naturally aroused my suspicions. I would be grateful for any advice as to its authenticity.
