What after market straps will you guys recommend for the Pam386?

Nice score! That 386 is an unachievable grail for me!

I would definately go for some sort of brown with ecru stitch to match the indices, but that's similar to what it comes with.. maybe something darker to match the dial color so the strap color matches the dial, and stitching matches the indices. You'll have to deal with a custom guy like D9 or ABP to have something perfectly matched for that though. That 386 is a tough one...

Well, if you can find one that fits I like the Vulchromatic white option from RubberB. I like the original strap to, but check this one out if you haven't already:
