Does anyone know where I could get the small screw that holds the pin in place at the end of the buckle?

Steve, That screw is the bane of some Panerai Owners. If you purchased the watch from an AD, its usually very simple - many will have them on hand and give to you for free.

If you did not, they can charge a lot.. and one person I talked with said their AD would have to take their watch in for a check up in order to replace it.
