Greetings. I rarely visit this side of the of the site. I'm a huge fan of Panerai but tend to find myself hangin' out on the Breitling side so be gentle...Quick question..I'm thinking about the PAM183 as my next purchase sometime this summer. I heard that the Black Seal model is now discontinued even though I see it at my local ADs from time to time. Is this true and if so should I be in a rush to get one. Your input is greatly appreciated.

haven't heard anything about that, and not likely imo.

the 183 and the 210 are the entry level point of the historic radiomir line...they're affordable for most looking to buy a panerai and have a great lineage behind it...and they look great 8-)

i've seen plenty of J-series 183 on the after market so take your time...

I heard that too. I heard 183 & 000 soon will be discountinue.

hmm what are they replacing it with? so the 210 base stays and the 183 is a goner?
