Where do I find a Panerai AD in Philadelphia or New Jersey area...do I have to go to boutique in NYC to deal with a authorized dealer ???

Panerai dealers are typically less plentiful than brands like Omega, Rolex and Breitling but there could be one in Philly or NJ.. did you check the AD list on the official panerai site? http://www.panerai.com
