I just recently purchased the most expensive time piece in my life and it is a PAM111

it is H0086/2000 with all the box and papers. I am wondering what straps does the watch comes with as mine come with dark brown straps and a rubber straps but my friend's PAM111J comes with a black straps.

The 111 on the right is my first purchase and the 111 on the left belong to my friend which has the black straps and the black seal in the middle belong to another friend who is also a Panerai collector.

Congrats on the new watch! The 111 comes with a Brown Leather and a Rubber, IIRC.

Congrats! The watch looks great, I love that brown strap! Such a classy combination.

Ah, the 111. Always holds a special place in my heart, after I tried one on at an AD in Chicago. Ended up with a 112 due to perfect timing on a deal, but was actually looking into the 111 as my target.

Does the newer 111 ( L or M ) series have the brushed crown guard and what do you guys think of that ?
Also can you confirm for me does the watch come with brown leather strap and black rubber but a single buckle that needs to inter changed .

Yes and yes ;) The later CG's are actually a different profile too, when viewed end on. Thicker but tapering as they reach the case. Brushed Vs polished? It's not really within the buyers control, unless you like one variant over the other, in which case you're obliged to buy according to the availablity of the model year.

I recently bought an 001, the fore-runner of the 111.That has a painted dial, polished thin CG and a solid case-back. I prefer the older look to the current tyling

Nice watch the 111, enjoy :)
