ok so these have been growing on me alot lately. not really my style as late as a couple weeks ago...thought they were ugly and not a good representation of the panerai brand imo and had my eyes set on a rad 210 base, but something always held me back as i already have a rad.

any thoughts/opinions on the subs? the 24 (brushed) has been growing on me alot, and they do look tough and rugged. my only concern is the line might be too thick for my wrist...or i could always get a rolext gmt master :D

Submersibles are fantastic, 24's are fairly common and easy to get hold of, well built and with Panerai history of creating diving watches it links in perfectly. The one to have is the 243, always highly sought after in The Panerai world and have the classic 1950 case and brushed steel which is superb to look at and highly practical as a daily wearer or for the purpose it was intended. Anything that can do a 1000m deep is going to cope very well with daily grinds and bumps of life! Youll pay a bit more for the 243 and have to look harder but you wont regret it and if you do it would sell on very quickly
