Can anyone think of a reason why I should not purchase a Pam 88. I'm close to pulling the trigger. All responses welcome

New Or Used? I think they're a great watch. One of the guys I work with has one, wears it every day. Only complaint he would have had is the movement broke at one point but fixed it under warranty. But that could happen to any watch. Some people do not like the busy dial. But if you do, no biggie.

Thanks Paneraisource. It will be new and I've been thinking about it for a week now. Hope they haven't sold it out from under me.

I own the 089 model; the titanium is much lighter then SS; mine is on a rubber strap and out of 200+ watches which include high end models like PP, VC, Piaget, AP, Rolex, GP, Omega, etc., I wear most frequently, the PAM089!
That said, make yourself happy and buy what you want!

Hope you got your 88 so that I can welcome you to the club. It is one of the glamorous PAM GMTs IMHO. Looks sporty with busy dial but it's just about right for my taste and functionality. Cheers !

I purchased my new 88 at a 20% discount with a beautiful light almost gold/tan aligator strap plus rubber strap and I'm lovin it. Not sure it was the best deal I could have negotiated, but I'm happy. It's a perfect fit and I'm so happy I decided on the 44mm 88 in lieu of the 40mm 244. Thanks to all for your replies and I'm delighted to a member of the club metrocitiristi. :D

Congratulations and wear in good health. Welcome to the club. You may want to try on aftermarket straps for the more sporty feeling especially when you travel. Cheers!

Ditto on the aftermarket straps.. I am a serious fan of aftermarket straps. For me, the OEM stuff just gets boring.
