is there any good alternatives to the JV straps since the JV straps are soo expensive and hard to find the grey/ash color that i want thanks

yes, there is the fellow that always posts on Timezone and has ads..

Never bought from him but a lot of people have and his stuff seems like a good deal. Let me know how it fairs if you do try him out.

I bought a gold colored JV nubuck strap from Peter and I'm very happy with the quality. While I don't know how it compares with the OEM JV since I've never handled one, in my opinion it is certainly well made in its own right.

That's a nice looking JV Nubuck! Looks just as good as the OEM.

I think the quality is OEM level. The color is a bit light though. I hope it'll develop some patina later on. It should look really nice if it darkens a bit.
