Helluva story, and one that will definately cause Panerai a bit of grief unfortunately. Unlikely to be something that affects them too much, however.

Yeah !
But I got the news, that Panerai will call all the PAM 318 back to replace the movement. And of course - free of charge.
It could be a nice watch on the end, with a good movement.

I wonder if it would be more valuable to keep the bone stock XXIX movement as it will be more rare.

A very poor show indeed and the excuses now published by Panerai are pretty lame imo.

I love their watches and will continue to buy them but a self inflicted shot in the foot is not very clever.

It's comical how seriously Paneristi.com was taking the whole issue. Now they're in a quandary about whether the pieces with the original movements are going to be more valuable than the units with replaced movements LOL. Such obsession over a funcking watch
