I'm eyeing on a Panerai Luminor key wind model without second hand or date, The seller claims it is a limited edition and 386th watch of 2500 number produced.

The watch comes with box, papers, additional strap, screw driver and even the original receipt, I wanted to take your feedback if it is authentic and what is the best price that could be offered for a 5-7 years old watch. The condition of the watch is 9 out of 10.

And you really hope that we could recognize anything with such small pictures

Well, the dial looks good, the hands as well......but better and BIGGER pictures would help to clarify the movement as well.
But you have the papers, so just check the serial number including the date on it.

Thanks for your reply, I understand the photo resolution requirement. This is the picture I received from the seller and he wanting me to visit personally however I thought if any information primarily identified before I visit the seller it will save a trip.

Since you have mentioned about the dial and hands, I'm now gearing up for the trip. Could you let me know what could be best price for a watch like this ? I'm looking some avg bench mark so I justify my negotiations with the seller.

Please could to ask the seller for better pictures. I mean who wants to buy a watch for a few thousands of $, if you have such pictures only !?

How much does he want for the watch ? Are you sure that he is sending you the pictures of the watch...or maybe another one !?

He is quoting $3200 for the watch and hasn't sent any better picture.

How far is he away from your place ? Well, if he want to sell the watch, than he should do some effort and send you better pictures as well.
Otherwise - just leave it.
